It's been a while.

The last time I sent out this newsletter to you was in September. That's three months of silence, and I owe you an explanation.

The truth is, I didn't want to send emails for the sake of it. I wanted to build something worth your attention first.

So that's what I've been doing.

Starting next Thursday (8th January), I'm relaunching this as a weekly, value-packed newsletter called:

Social Impact Storyteller

One storytelling idea every week. Three practical ways to implement it:

  • One framework

  • One template

  • One AI prompt

No theory for theory's sake. Just tools you can actually use - for funding applications, impact reports, case studies, campaigns, and everything in between.

I'm writing it for charity leaders, social impact managers, and anyone trying to prove their work matters in a world that makes that harder every year.

2026 is going to be tough for the sector. Funding is tighter. Competition is fiercer. The organisations that thrive will be the ones who can tell their story in a way that builds trust and moves people to act.

That's what this newsletter is for.

Next week's edition covers the one question you need to answer before planning any storytelling for 2026. Plus a framework, a template, and an AI prompt to help you apply it immediately.

I’ll also share the tools I use in my own storytelling.

If that sounds useful, you don't need to do anything. You're already subscribed.

Two things before I go:

1. Make sure you've downloaded my free Social Impact Storytelling Framework

If you haven't grabbed it yet, it's 36 pages of practical tools for crafting stories that create change.

2. The Advanced Storytelling Framework is coming

Later this year, I'm launching the Advanced Social Impact Storytelling Framework - around 100 pages of advanced, in-depth, step-by-step guidance for those who want to seriously up their game in 2026.

I'm planning to charge for it. But if you join the waitlist now, you'll get it free.

Fill in this short questionnaire and you'll be added to the priority list:
